Responsibilities

• Assembles data and prepares revenue and expenditure reports and statements for review and analysis of the department’s financial status.
• Performs accounting duties including journal entries, reviewing and processing invoices, and reconciling ledgers.
• Reviews departmental ledgers for irregularities and budget adjustments; assists with annual close-out and auditors.
