Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory of government accounts, including State, Local, and Federal agencies, Higher Education, and K-12 customers.
  • Generate demand for MRO products and services through outbound calls, building relationships, and developing new business.
  • Grow sales, increase customer engagement, and expand self-service web utilization.
  • Assist customers in finding solutions to meet their goals, demonstrating strong communication and business acumen.
  • Manage sales plans with set goals and objectives, and utilize CRM software effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years sales experience.
  • Prior experience with government sales preferred.
  • Proficiency in inside sales techniques, including cold calling and customer qualification.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely using collaboration tools like MS Teams and Zoom.
