Responsibilities

Guide and support LEAs' facilities planning, design, and construction activities to maintain educationally sufficient, fiscally sustainable facilities.
Manage special projects supporting decarbonization, including contract management and lifecycle cost analysis standards.
Visit existing schools and projects; advise LEAs on planning, construction, M&O, funding, and facility management processes.
