Job summary

The City of Oxnard is accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for the position of Entry Level Police Officer (Public Safety Trainee). Qualifications

• Must be 21+ at time of application.
• US citizen status per Government Code 1031; no specific citizenship requirement.
• Must have a valid California driver license or ability to obtain one.
• High school graduate or GED; acceptable higher degrees.
• Must be able to read/speak English.
• Vision must meet POST standards.

Responsibilities
