Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, healthcare, fire administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years in public safety consulting or field services with supervisory responsibility
• Experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

• Governance lead across the PSCS portfolio, ensuring consistency and efficiency in delivery approaches and processes
• Lead proposal development efforts, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines
• Provide hands-on support and oversight across multiple concurrent projects with budget and schedule control
• Coordinate and optimize utilization of internal staff and external SMEs
• Serve as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders, supporting onboarding, meetings, and executive communications
• Develop, review, and refine client deliverables to ensure quality and clarity
• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all deliverables
