Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Officer for the 1st shift. You will provide security detail per post orders and build relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments.

Maintain a professional image and deliver excellent customer service in a vigilant posture across entrances, perimeters and controlled areas. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, report incidents, and stay current on post orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Background and drug screen required; offer contingent on background check.
• 3–6 months of experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV or access systems.
• State Guard license required.

Responsibilities

• Be on time and report to post in full uniform.
• Maintain professional image and greet customers, visitors and employees politely.
• Be proactive in revisions to post orders and information from the customer.
• Patrol property or maintain fixed post, report suspicious activity and investigate incidents.
• Monitor cameras and equipment per post orders.
• Know emergency policies and respond to alarms and emergencies.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports.
• Suggest safety and loss-prevention improvements to management.
• Understand life safety systems and ensure safe operation of elevators and doors.
• Communicate daily with Security Supervisor about issues.
• Follow training and compliance guidelines per customer and regulator requirements.
