• Determines if the CRC is capable of taking a report.
• Prepares incident reports based on citizen telephone interviews for minor crimes.
• Operates DCI terminal to check histories and court information.
• Performs background checks and enters data into CAD/DCI systems.
• Answers telephone inquiries and transfers calls to proper locations.
• Responds to officer requests for DMV, wanted person, and criminal history information.
• Generates administrative messages to other law enforcement agencies.
• Provides directions and information about towing and regulations to the public.
• Processes subpoenas and performs related tasks as required.
