Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Software; 5+ years deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing customer installation activities within project timeframes.
• Verifying functionality and readiness of systems for software deployment.
• Conducting routine system tasks: updates, upgrades, backups, restorations, troubleshooting.
• Understanding public safety environments to ensure product security and reliability.
• Demonstrating strong software and IP networking skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Delivering solutions aligned with existing products, interfaces, and procedures.
• Complying with CJIS policy and completing required training.
• Logging billable hours for project work.
• Travel (50%-75%) will be required.

Education

High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology or 5+ years deploying and integrating complex IP products and systems
