Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Eight or more years of management, administration, public safety, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in budget administration, policy development, regulatory interpretation, or program management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, deliver presentations, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
