Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and relays routine and emergency calls to police, fire, EMS and others.
• Monitors radio, phone, and computer systems and dispatches units as needed.
• Maintains logs, prepares reports, and records communications traffic.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports training for new staff.
• Responds to emergency situations and coordinates with field units.
