This role involves project execution, mentoring entry-level architects, and client management, within a flexible and collaborative work environment. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Architecture and strong technical skills in various design programs. The salary range offered is $80,000 – $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public safety design.
• 6-14 years of experience in a design firm with strong experience in construction documents.
• Proven record in Fire and/or Police stations design.

Responsibilities

• Execute project development from concept to construction.
• Mentor entry-level architects and direct design processes.
• Attend meetings and manage client expectations.
