The role emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and collaboration with experienced professionals to deliver projects from concept through construction.

Qualificações

• 4- or 5-year degree in Architecture.
• 6-14 years of experience in a design firm.
• 5+ years’ experience in Fire and/or Police stations.
• Proficient in design and construction programs like Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, SketchUp.

Responsabilidades

• Execute project development from concept through construction with a team of design professionals.
• Mentor entry-level architects, directing them in design, production and coordination of documents.
• Attend project and client meetings for projects under contract.
• Grow into a senior leadership role with potential for business development.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences and professional organizations.
• Attend Interviews, assist in proposal creation, and manage client expectations.
