Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is seeking professionals with strong experience in law enforcement or public safety for supervisory or command-level roles (e.g., Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain) to contribute to AI safety research.

You will design real-world law enforcement scenarios, write clear explanations of supervisory decisions, and collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of criminal justice systems. This is a fully remote contractor assignment, lasting about one month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in law enforcement or public safety.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or command role.
• Background in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security, or Public Safety Administration preferred.
• Strong understanding of criminal procedure and interagency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world law enforcement and public safety scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured explanations covering supervisory decision-making and policy-based procedures.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, ethical reasoning, and operational integrity.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of criminal justice systems and policing protocols.
