Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or related field.
• Expected graduation date Spring 2028–Spring 2030.
• Onsite work at Wawa Corporate Headquarters in Media, PA four days per week during the internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Previous internship, project, or leadership experience in Public Relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of community events, grand openings, recognition celebrations, and volunteer initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate event logistics, communications, and project activities.
• Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and program support for community and charitable initiatives.
• Help deliver programs and events that strengthen Wawa’s impact in the communities we serve.
• Contribute to project management activities while developing problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
