Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to lead and execute integrated external communications that strengthen brand reputation and credibility. The role focuses on messaging, media relations, and thought leadership across earned, owned, and shared channels.

The ideal candidate will refine key messages for audiences, develop strategies, conduct research, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in public relations and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and grammar.
• Proficiency in project management and execution of PR campaigns.
• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking; ability to coach leaders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Write content for press releases, speeches, media commentary, web and social media.
• Coordinate media requests and SME interviews.
• Cultivate relationships with industry analysts, associations and external influencers.
• Lead the strategy, development and submission of industry awards, RFIs, rankings and nominations.
• Conduct research and interviews to identify storytelling opportunities for earned media.
• Support crisis communications and reputation monitoring.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for production and publication of content.
• Analyze performance indicators to determine content effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities.
• Interact with people at all levels of the organization.
