Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Program Manager, Public Relations in Illinois to lead media relations and external storytelling across clinical service lines and patient engagement initiatives. The role partners with clinical and marketing teams to drive communications strategies, increase awareness, and position Endeavor Health as a national model for community-connected care.

Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, marketing or a related field.
Four years of experience in PR, journalism or communications.
Experience with media/PR/social media measurements and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key spokesperson and liaison, conducting national, trade and local media relations.
Create content for owned PR channels including newsroom, social media, blogs, and fact sheets.
Engage with news and trends and capture stories from team members, patients and media.
Assist with PR measurement, dashboards and reporting.
Develop engaging patient-facing communications and on-site event materials.
Assist in communications around issues and crisis.
