Endeavor Health is hiring a Program Manager, Public Relations to lead communications strategies and external storytelling across core service lines. You will collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to enhance patient engagement and position the organization as a model for community-connected care.

The role involves national and local media outreach, content creation for multiple channels, and ongoing measurement of PR impact. Travel between Endeavor Health sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• Four years of experience in the public relations, journalism or communications-related field.
• Understanding and prior use of media/PR/social media measurements and reporting tools and technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across formats; strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key spokesperson and liaison, conducting national, trade and local proactive and reactive media relations.
• Create content for owned PR channels, including newsroom, social media, blogs, website and fact sheets.
• Monitor news and trends; interact with teams, patients and media to capture stories and opportunities.
• Assist with PR measurement, dashboards and reporting.
