About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Public Relations Manager to lead XbotGo’s PR efforts across the U.S., with a focus on building media relationships, crafting compelling narratives, and executing impactful brand campaigns. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand story and expanding our media footprint through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and event activations.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to manage media relations, draft high-impact content, and coordinate both online and offline brand initiatives, including product launches, co-branding events, and trade show activations.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in sports, tech, and lifestyle sectors.

● Proactively pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and secure media placements to maximize brand visibility.

● Serve as the main point of contact for all media inquiries, managing the company’s public image in the U.S. market.

2. Content Development:

● Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and feature stories , ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.

● Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling content that aligns with XbotGo’s brand voice and product positioning.

● Draft key messaging for product launches, corporate announcements, and PR campaigns .

3. Event Management & Activations:

● Plan and execute brand events, media-facing activations, and product demos in Dallas and key U.S. markets.

● Lead PR initiatives for trade shows, co-branding activations, and sponsored sports events to drive brand awareness and lead generation .

4. Strategic Partnerships & Co-Branding:

● Identify and pursue co-branding opportunities with sports, tech, and lifestyle partners.

● Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, media events, and promotional activities to amplify brand exposure .

5. Reporting & Analysis:

● Monitor and analyze media coverage, PR performance, and ROI to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

● Maintain a comprehensive PR calendar and provide regular updates on PR activities and outcomes.

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations , ideally within the sports tech, consumer electronics, or lifestyle sector.

● Proven track record of securing media coverage in top-tier outlets in the U.S. market.

● Exceptional writing and editing skills; experience drafting press releases, pitches, and media stories .

● Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously .

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with media and partners at all levels.

● Location: Must be based in Dallas or willing to work remotely within the U.S., with travel for key events as needed.

● Bonus: Experience working with PR tools (Cision, Muck Rack, Meltwater) and media monitoring platforms.
