Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Public Relations Manager to support the New York PR team and oversee editorial initiatives for Women’s and Men’s categories across North America. You will manage daily editorial operations, media monitoring, sample coordination, and digital pitching while partnering with Paris HQ on regional strategies.

The role requires 5+ years of PR experience with supervisory responsibility and strong media relationships; travel and flexible scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years PR experience with management/supervisor experience.
  • Established press contacts across Women’s and Men’s editorial and styling communities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Launchmetrics, Lefty, DMR, Discover/Fashion Monitor or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication; detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including select evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily communication with editors, stylists, and Paris HQ for editorial sample requests.
  • Utilize Launchmetrics to track and manage editorial requests alongside the PR Assistant.
  • Partner with VP and Senior Manager to develop and execute press strategies and partnerships.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with Women's and Men's editors and stylists across North America.
  • Monitor emerging media and lead competitive analysis and market reporting.
  • Oversee select KOL and influencer activations to align with brand KPIs.
  • Drive digital pitching and seasonal product launch communications across categories.
  • Coordinate seasonal sample orders and support planning/execution of shows, local PR events, press days, and exhibitions.
  • Prepare data analysis and reports using DMR, Discover, and other reporting tools for senior management.

The manager partners with senior PR leadership and Paris HQ to develop and execute regional editorial strategy and reporting.

Responsibilities
