Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, administration, public relations, communications, marketing, or business.
• Five or more years of nonprofit experience, including development and major gift experience.
• Experience supervising and managing a team and meeting fundraising goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, membership, and marketing/communications functions as chief development officer.
• Supervise a team of four and manage budgets across three programs.
• Cultivate major gifts, manage donor relations, and set fundraising goals with leadership.
