Job summary

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is seeking a full-time Public Relations Coordinator in the Public Relations Department to develop and execute PR activities for the Museum, Hatch Show Print, CMA Theater, and related venues, while providing administrative support.

Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, you will coordinate media coverage, manage press calendars and databases, and assist with press tours and listings, building strong relationships with local media in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, English or related field.
• Two years of PR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and press materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver public relations content and materials.
• Coordinate media coverage at museum events (exhibits, openings, concerts, tours).
• Oversee online department media assets and press databases.
• Facilitate press tours with partners and government/tourism offices.
• Maintain department calendar and generate weekly press reports.
