Job Title: Fractional PR & Communications Manager (B2B SaaS / US Tech Liaison)

THBS is a highly profitable, global IT integration firm . We are currently experiencing massive growth driven by our \"Marketplace as a Service\" and API platform, which has secured sovereign-level enterprise traction across the Middle East. To accelerate our US market expansion, we are currently retaining a top-tier US tech PR agency to syndicate our upcoming Forrester case study and secure thought-leadership placements in Tier-1 business press (WSJ, Forbes, HBR).

The Role:

We are seeking a sharp, US-based Freelance PR Manager to act as our internal liaison. You will be the daily point of contact for our external US PR agency, ensuring they hit their deliverables and maintaining tight alignment with our global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agency Selection & Scoping: Participate in the final interview rounds with shortlisted US PR agencies to help executive leadership select the right partner and establish strict performance KPIs.


• Agency Management: Act as the daily operational point of contact for the retained PR agency, holding them accountable to execution timelines and target publications.


• Content Translation & Creation: Coordinate with our Head of Marketing and global delivery teams (India, KSA, Center of Excellence) to extract technical data, use cases, and quotes. Translate this dense technical information into compelling, high-level story angles for the PR agency to pitch.


• Collateral Review: Review and refine press pitches, contributed articles, and briefing documents to ensure our B2B SaaS positioning is flawless before it reaches the media.

Expected Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 to 8+ years of B2B Tech PR experience, specifically working with Enterprise SaaS, API platforms, or IT Infrastructure.


• Agency Experience: You must have previous experience working inside a US tech PR agency, or extensive experience managing external agencies from the client side. You need to know exactly how agencies operate and what they need to succeed.


• Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability to take complex B2B tech concepts and translate them into macroeconomic business narratives suitable for Tier-1 executive media.


• Autonomous Operator: Highly organized and comfortable navigating multiple global time zones (coordinating with leadership in the US, Europe, and India).


• Location: 100% Remote (Must be US-based to align with the PR agency and media time zones).


• Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week.


• Rate: $40 – $50 / hour.


• Duration: 6+ months (aligned with the PR agency's retainer period).
