C2's client, a purpose-driven public relations and integrated marketing agency in downtown Milwaukee, seeks a PR & Integrated Marketing Account Supervisor to lead client accounts at full depth, from research-based strategy through integrated execution, while developing the team members who bring those plans to life.
This is a B Corporation. That is not a tagline. It shapes how they hire, how they measure success, and how they define a win. Their work advances people, planet, prosperity, and purpose, and they hold themselves accountable to that standard in every client engagement. If you lead with questions, bring big ideas, and measure your work by the positive change it creates, you are exactly who they are looking for.
The Account Supervisor at this agency runs accounts from strategy through execution and builds the team doing it alongside them. You own the strategic thread, the day-to-day workflow, the budget, the growth goals, and the development of the people who report to you. You consult with C-suite leaders, connect communications strategy to measurable business outcomes, and when things get complicated, you already have the plan.
