Job summary

CIIC PR is a boutique PR agency in Miami seeking an experienced Account Executive. The role focuses on travel, tourism, food & beverage, and wine & spirits with a bilingual English/Spanish requirement.

You will manage client relations, develop media strategies, and write compelling materials for national and international outlets. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of PR experience in travel and hospitality, excellent writing skills, and an extensive media network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in PR/communications.
• 3+ years in PR agency or in-house role in travel & hospitality.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written skills.
• Strong media relations and pitching capabilities; established media contacts preferred.

CIIC PR is an award-winning boutique PR agency specialized in travel, tourism, food & beverage and wine & spirits. We are searching for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Account Executive to join our growing team in Miami. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual PR professional (English/Spanish) with strong media contacts and proven experience developing and executing strategic communications programs for hotels, resort groups, and destinations across the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe. Food & Beverage experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day client relations and oversee PR initiatives for multiple travel and tourism, lifestyle and food & beverage accounts.
• Develop and implement creative media and influencer strategies to generate high-impact coverage.
• Write compelling press materials, pitches, and thought leadership content in both English and Spanish
• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with top-tier media across travel, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
• Lead account management, including timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.
• Coordinate and attend client events in the U.S. and internationally
• Support business development efforts and contribute to agency growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of PR agency or in-house experience working in the travel & hospitality industry
• Proficient in Spanish and English (strong communications and writing skills)
• Media relations powerhouse. Strong writing, pitching, and media relations expertise.
• Strong media contacts in travel and lifestyle, with references to share.
• Experience working with travel and tourism and food & beverage accounts (hotels, destinations, spas, health & wellness travel products, b-b, wine, spirits, restaurants, food products)
• Excellent writing skills (press releases, pitch letters, newsletters, digital content)
• Excellent organizational and client management skills.
• Must be available for regular client and agency travel.
