Job summary

The Clinton Foundation in Little Rock, AR seeks a Public Programming and Exhibits Coordinator to support the Chief of Strategy and Programs, coordinating public programs, exhibitions, and related activities that engage visitors, students, educators, and communities.

You will work across departments and with external partners to manage logistics, educational resources, and visitor experiences, requiring strong organization, creativity, and effective project management to handle multiple

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
  • Experience planning and producing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for public programs and events with calendars, timelines, and checklists.
  • Assist with invoices, purchasing, contracts, and budget tracking.
  • Support exhibit installations and related activities, including branding and signage.
