Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economic development, or energy related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in energy (or related) policy with a focus on supporting business needs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinating deliverables across teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Ability to work with large cross‑functional groups, including technical teams.
• Preferred: experience with responsible AI practices and large infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of cross‑functional policy initiatives related to data center infrastructure, energy, and economic development.
• Identify and track energy and data center infrastructure related legislation across US States and Federal levels.
• Partner with internal teams, trade associations, and external consultants to identify policy issues affecting Meta data center operations.
• Support policy and engagement strategies informed by business needs and public opinion.
• Facilitate alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare memos on infrastructure and energy policies to support engagement and internal alignment.
• Support related economic policy issues such as tax and trade policy as needed.
