Job summary

Alpheva is seeking a senior public policy analyst to support AI evaluation projects focused on policy options, stakeholder effects, implementation, and evaluation. This is a remote, project-based contract work arrangement.

You will review model responses for misstated authority, weak evidence, and overlooked effects; write reference answers and scoring criteria grounded in policy analysis; explain errors and evidence gaps with traceable reasoning. Pay is $120–$150 per hour.

Qualifications

This is remote, project-based contract work. Scope, hours, and assignments depend on project matching; the listed hourly range applies to matched work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of substantive experience in public policy analysis or policy evaluation.
• Demonstrated senior-level judgment in policy options, stakeholder effects, implementation, and evaluation, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
• Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.

Pay

$120–$150/hr
