Job summary

Alpheva is seeking a senior public policy analyst to support AI evaluation projects focused on policy options, stakeholder effects, implementation, and evaluation. This is a remote, project-based contract work arrangement.

You will review model responses for misstated authority, weak evidence, and overlooked effects; write reference answers and scoring criteria grounded in policy analysis; explain errors and evidence gaps with traceable reasoning. Pay is $120–$150 per hour.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of substantive experience in public policy analysis or policy evaluation.
• Senior-level judgment in policy options, stakeholder effects, implementation, and evaluation.
• Ability to write precise reference answers and justify corrections with traceable evidence.
