Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• Experience in public engagement, communications or outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing stakeholder engagement and communications plans for ATMP Roadways and Enabling Projects.
• Track and respond to public inquiries, comments and information requests.
• Prepare and distribute traffic advisories, project updates and community notifications.
• Maintain stakeholder contact databases, distribution lists and outreach logs.
• Develop presentations, FAQs, meeting notices and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate logistics for public outreach events and community meetings.
