Job summary

DESTINATION ENTERPRISES INC. seeks a Communications and Outreach professional to support the ATMP Roadways and Enabling Projects.

You will assist in implementing engagement plans, maintain stakeholder outreach databases, and help prepare community updates and event logistics. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Public Administration, Planning, Political Science, or related field.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in public outreach, public relations, communications, or community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing ATMP stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• Track and address inquiries, comments, and requests for information.
• Prepare and distribute traffic advisories, notices, updates, and notifications.
• Maintain stakeholder contact databases and distribution lists.
• Draft routine correspondence, meeting notices, and outreach materials.
• Assist with development of PowerPoint presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and materials.
• Coordinate logistics for public outreach events and community meetings.
• Support website updates and content management activities.
• Assist with social media content and monitoring.
• Prepare reports documenting outreach efforts and metrics.
