Qualifications

• Masters of Library Science from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Seven years of supervisory and leadership experience in a public library.

Responsibilities

• Develop the district’s vision, goals, and strategic objectives with the Board of Trustees.
• Administer district policies, oversee the district's annual budget, and coordinate with the library foundation and Friends group to strengthen fundraising and volunteer engagement.
