Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on advisory, transactional, administrative, and litigation matters affecting public entities.
• Assist with contract review and negotiation, procurement matters, and bid protests.
• Support public works, facilities, and real estate related matters for public agencies.
• Interface with clients, opposing counsel, consultants, and public officials with professionalism.
