Qualifications

• At least one year of legal experience in environmental/natural resources law is preferred.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong time management and ability to handle diverse tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, briefs, and court filings.
• Handle discovery and participate in trials and appeals on Clinic matters.
• Provide legal advice, public speaking, and advocacy in coordination with Clinic staff and law students.
• Assist with case intake, planning, and event management for Clinic activities.
