  • Write persuasively on case law, legislation, and industry texts to advance client interests.
  • Advise clients on regulatory compliance (reliability standards, NERC, hydropower licensing, antitrust).
  • Appear at meetings, settlements, hearings, and trials as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes.
