Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of five years in functional or operational management with subordinate supervisors.
• CJIS clearance within probationary period.
• Driver's license required at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Public Integrity Division and its units with effective case management.
• Set goals, priorities, KPIs, and initiatives to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee complex employee conduct reviews with compliance to laws and policies.
• Develop policies and standards that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Advise department leadership and stakeholders on conduct matters and policy interpretation.
• Coach and mentor staff to foster a collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Build cross‑departmental relationships to align priorities with employee considerations.
• Identify process improvements and manage resources and budgets.
• Prepare and present reports on unit performance and trends.
