• Licensure/Certifications: None required.
• Experience: Typically 5+ years managing Electrical Construction on Commercial/Industrial Projects.
• Experience: Typically 5+ years of management experience, including client interface, planning and execution, and staff supervision.

• Own the day-to-day operations of complex construction projects and scopes.
• Manage planning, execution, and financial performance in line with CEI values.
• Lead planning meetings with Superintendents, General Foremen, and Project Engineers.
• Review estimates, drawings, and specifications to understand scope and resource needs.
• Develop and maintain monthly job cost updates including cost-to-complete assessments.
• Create, review, negotiate, and approve change orders with clients and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of company crews and subcontractors.
• Identify risks related to design gaps, scope conflicts, procurement delays, and site conditions.
• Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risk through reviews.
• Maintain a project risk register and conduct risk review meetings.
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists and O&M submittals.
