Job summary

Artheon is seeking a qualified Inspector to join our team in Cape May, NJ. You will inspect public infrastructure projects with a minimum of five years of experience and preferred NICET III certification, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Based in Cape May Courthouse, you will support projects across Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland Counties and collaborate with CEI and construction teams on-site and in documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in inspecting public infrastructure projects.
• NICET III certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and standards.

Responsibilities

• Project Inspection: conduct thorough inspections of roads, bridges, utilities and other infrastructure.
• Documentation: maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports.
• Quality Control: collaborate with managers and engineers to address issues.
• Compliance Monitoring: ensure contractors follow plans, specs and safety protocols.
• Communication: update stakeholders with progress, issues and resolutions.
