Job summary

Bayer & Becker is seeking a Civil Engineer Project Manager in Mason, OH to lead public infrastructure design projects from planning through delivery. This on-site role requires PE licensure and a strong background in water, wastewater, storm sewer, and pump station design.

The successful candidate will manage project teams, coordinate with clients and agencies, and ensure design quality and regulatory compliance throughout all phases.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering.
• PE license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience in design for public water, wastewater, and storm sewer replacement projects, and pump station design.
• Ability to manage projects and staff.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through all phases of project delivery (planning, scheduling, estimating, design, finance, and client management).
• Develop and peer-review project construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate regulatory processes, permitting, and attend public agency review meetings.
