• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of writing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, write, edit, and coordinate production of CTA public information materials.
• Monitor CTA website daily to ensure information is current.
• Distribute and post time-sensitive alerts and flyers across channels.
• Coordinate map updates for CTA bus/rail system maps and publications.
• Work with Planning, Media Relations, External Communications and Operators to ensure consistent messaging.
• Process external requests for CTA maps and logos for publication.
