• Must have administrative experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and review housing applications for program eligibility.
• Manage waiting lists and update applicant information.
• Prepare leases, move-in paperwork, and notices.
• Assist residents with documentation and program inquiries.
• Coordinate with maintenance and external agencies as needed.
• Maintain accurate applicant and resident files.
