Brighton Center, Inc. in Newport, KY is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Specialist to assist individuals and families in securing and maintaining housing and to respond to housing crises with careful assessment and timely referrals.

Purpose:

Partners with individuals and families who are experiencing street or shelter homeless to identify resources, services and opportunities while supporting them in overcoming barriers and setting goals to obtain and maintain housing. Responds to daily calls regarding housing crisis, assesses needs, and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance agreements, multi-system documentation, as well as program standards.

This is a non-exempt position with an hourly wage between $17.00 - $18.00. This is a part-time position at 22.5 hours weekly.
