Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is hiring a SRAP Housing Specialist in Dover, DE to support the State Rental Assistance Program (SRAP) and 811 Tax Credit Referral System. You will communicate with clients, case managers, and landlords; process tenancy approvals, issue vouchers, and assist with recertifications and data entry.

Responsibilities include preparing reports for HUD and management, coordinating with case and property managers, and ensuring program compliance while improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; 1 year administrative/data-entry experience required.
• Criminal background screening is required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license may be required.
