State of Connecticut, Department of Public Health (DPH) seeks a Health Program Associate for the Facility Licensing and Investigations Section in Hartford, CT. The role supports regulatory oversight, policy implementation, and review of facility submissions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven years of professional experience in a health organization.
• One year of health care program administration, health systems agency or other health care organization in areas such as grant writing/monitoring, program planning/management/evaluation, program consultation, public relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor protocols.
• Review and process reports and information submitted by licensed facilities.
• Prepare reports, memos, and legislatively required documentation.
• Perform investigations and maintain regulatory files.
• Complete additional duties to support licensing and oversight functions.
