Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public health, healthcare administration or related field and two years of experience coordinating, monitoring, and/or administering public health program activities.
• Or four years of experience with Pima County in Public Health-related classifications as determined by the department head.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program activities, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Collaborates with program managers to develop and maintain project plans and meet goals.
• Tracks program progress, milestones, and deliverables, including grant contracts.
• Collects, analyzes data related to program performance and impact.
• Assists in developing data collection tools and assessment instruments.
• Supports community outreach and public health education activities.
• Leads community engagement, outreach, and partnership development.
• Assists in budget management and procurement activities.
• Identifies areas for improvement and implements corrective actions.
