• Experience presenting to diverse audiences and coordinating trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning for new programs, grant activities, services, initiatives, and major changes to clinic operations.
• Collaborate with cross departmental teams to assess needs and design workflows and tracking tools.
• Organize and support training, communications, and readiness activities for new initiatives.
• Monitor implementation progress and resolve operational barriers.
• Support transition of new initiatives into routine clinic workflows and monitoring structures.
• Evaluate methods and data to assess program outcomes.
• Study and apply implementation science literature to planning processes.
• Disseminate results of program evaluation via abstracts, webinars, and reports.
• Conduct evaluation activities including data collection and performance tracking.
• Participate in mentorship programs for staff interested in program implementation.
