Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or other discipline related to the program assignment; OR graduation from high school or equivalent education and two years of para-professional program support experience.
Ability to coordinate, monitor and evaluate program activities and maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
Experience working with community partners and providing technical assistance.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage program activities for the SRAE program.
Provide technical assistance and consultation in fiscal monitoring and quality improvement.
Prepare, justify and monitor contracts and sub-awards; write grant applications; submit reports on time.
Supervise or train staff and ensure program compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement long-term plans to enhance services and adapt to funding changes.
