Passaic County Department of Health Services is seeking a Program Monitor in the Health Department to review, observe, and report on funded programs. The role ensures compliance with contracts or federal guidelines and involves on-site monitoring, data collection, and reporting.

Under Health Officer direction, the position requires reviewing documents, conducting field interviews, and maintaining records. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a Public Health concentration preferred, and NJ

• Public Health concentration preferred.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License required if operating for the duties of the position.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews contracts, federal regulations, and related data to understand funded program goals and objectives.
• Conducts on-site monitoring of funded programs using a standardized report sheet to observe operations.
• Conducts field interviews with participants to verify training/benefits per contracts or guidelines.
• Reviews program records to collect data ensuring compliance with contractual proposals or federal guidelines.
• Meets with supervisory personnel to gather information on programs’ goals, objectives, or issues.
• Compiles, interprets, and reports data with conclusions and recommendations.
• Maintains records and files; performs other duties or special projects as assigned.

Educación

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
