Job summary

The Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC) seeks a Program and Data Manager for the Harlem Bureau of Neighborhood Health. The role leads program operations, data management, and collaboration with schools and community partners to implement CHSC-aligned activities funded by NYSDOH.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public health is required.
• 2-3 years of experience managing complex, community-based public health programs.
• 2-3 years of experience with grant management, budgeting and contract oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection, monitoring, and reporting for programmatic, community engagement, and evaluation activities.
• Identify and disseminate best practices.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for internal teams, funders and external partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, community-based organizations, city and state agencies, and local leaders.
