Job summary

GAP SOLUTIONS INC seeks an Experienced Scientific Program Analyst to independently support operations for NCATS, DPI, and TMB at NIH Rockville. You will coordinate teams, track milestones, prepare progress reports, and manage data across multiple projects.

The role requires a Master’s in Public Health or related field, strong communication skills, and experience with scientific workflows. Day shifts, on-site work, and a focus on program operations are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics or similar.
• Skilled in BiRender.
• Experience managing scientific workflows supporting research studies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of epidemiological studies, project management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scientific teams on projects and track progress.
• Prepare scientific and progress reports for leadership.
• Read, analyze and condense material for presentations.
• Manage information requests and data entry into tracking systems.
• Organize meetings, logistics, and reporting for DPI/TMB.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven summaries.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with recruitment requests and job postings within DPI.
