State of Ohio, Department of Health, BEHRP, seeks a Program Administrator 2 in Columbus to support the Bureau’s program operations and policy development. You will help coordinate procedures, travel, records, and fiscal controls while representing the Bureau Chief at key meetings.

Normal hours are 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday. This exempt, full-time role begins at Pay Grade 12, Step 1 with potential increases after six months and annual raises thereafter.

Responsabilidades

• Assist BEHRP direction by supporting program operations across Bureau programs.
• Represent BC and BEHRP at meetings on operational procedures and fiscal issues.
• Formulate and implement BEHRP policies and procedures (work hours, travel, overtime, descriptions, records).
• Conduct literature searches on emerging issues and coordinate staff reviews.
• Establish and oversee fiscal controls and monitor records.
